Ingredients

Four eggs

60g low-grade flour

20g cornflour

60g white sugar

30g milk

Few drops of lemon juice


1. Put the eggs and sugar into a clean bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice, and beat with a blender until the egg is lifted.


2. Put the low-grade flour and cornflour into the cake batter, mix evenly with a spatula.


3. Add milk,  mix evenly with a spatula. 

4. Put the mixed cake batter into a paper cup mold, and put it in the oven.

5. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes, put it in the upper layer of the baking tray, and bake for about 20 minutes.

6. Take it out of the oven.
