                                     How to make popcorn on the stove

1.  Rinse the corn kernels, dry them with a clean towel or kitchen cloth, add some olive oil and mix well. 

2. Preheat the pan slightly and pour the corn kernels.

3. Put the lid on, shake the pot, heat the corn kernels evenly.


4.  After about 1 to 3 minutes, you can see the corn kernels are beginning to burst. When it first bursts, turn to low heat.

5.  More and more explosions. ( Remember to shake it so that the corn kernels will be evenly heated).
6. When it doesn't burst again, it means it's gone. When it's finished, immediately open the lid. add two tablespoons of sugar, and stir-fry until the sugar melts and sticks to the popcorn. ( The amount of sugar depends on your preference).
