Ingredients

Six eggs

Luncheon 250g

Two green peppers

One red pepper

Some mozzarella cheese

Some salt

Two avocados

Some olive oil


1. Dice green and red peppers.


2. Cut luncheon into small cubes.

3. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 black pepper to the eggs, beat them for later use.

4. Shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Put some oil in the pan, fry the green and red pepper for about 2-3 minutes.

6. Add diced luncheon and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and stir well.


7. Heat the oil, pour 1/3 of the egg mixture, and turn the pan flat.

8. Put shredded cheese on the side.

9. Put green pepper on the cheese.

10. Put some shredded cheese.

11. Fold the egg.

12. Put avocado and diced pepper on the other side.
