Ingredients

Four eggs

Low-grade flour 60g

20g milk

Corn oil 45g

Banana 120g

Lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon

Banana 120g

Caster sugar 60g


1. Press banana into the puree, add the egg yolk and milk, mix well.


2. Heat oil on low heat to 70 degrees, pour in the flour, and mix well. Add the banana milk liquid to the batter and mix well.


3. Add the lemon juice to the egg whites and beat them until they are bubbling, then add sugar three times and beat them until the foam is wet.

4. Add the egg yolk batter to the egg white paste three times and mix well. Pour into a 6-inch mold lined with baking paper, and bake at 150 degrees for one hour. After baking, take it out and lightly shake the mold to dissipate air, get it out from the mold, and let it cool. 

5. The cake is super soft and delicious.
