                                              How to make buffalo sauce

Ingredients

227g salted butter

One  cup of chili sauce

Four cups of minced garlic

One tablespoon of chili powder

One tablespoon of sea salt

One tablespoon of black pepper

1/2 tablespoon of chili flaky


1. Medium to low heat, put butter into the pan.


2. After the butter has melted, add all the ingredients, stir together, then turn off the heat. Mix and wait,  and soften for a few more minutes.


3.  Put it in an airtight container,  can store it in the refrigerator for about one week.
