Ingredients
Light cream
Plain yogurt unsweetened
1. Mix the yogurt with the light cream. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it at 21-25°C for 8-12 hours.
2. Once fermentation is completed, place it in the refrigerator for one hour to cool off.
3. It is best to take it out of the refrigerator and mix it until the oil and water are separated. After filtering the butter, will be traditional buttermilk.
