Ingredients

High-grade flour 400g

Milk 250ml

One egg

Sugar 50g

Oil 10g

Butter 20g

Yeast 4g


1. Add one egg，250ml milk，10g vegetable oil， 20g butter, and 50g

 sugar to the bread bucket.


2. Add 400g of high-grade flour and 4g of yeast.


3. Set to sweer bread program,1000g.


4. From stirring to completion of baking, it takes 3.5 hours.

5. Slice it after cooling.
