Rolled Oats

Plain yogurt

Milk or almond milk

Chia seeds

1. Oats are rich in vitamins and minerals, which are very beneficial to the body's absorption. Let's take a look at how this overnight oatmeal is made.



2. First, prepare a bowl, add half a cup of rolled oat(45g), and then a cup of yogurt that is slightly less than the rolled oats.

                              


3. Next, add a tablespoon of chia seeds , or you can use flaxseed. Then add a small spoonful of cinnamon powder.

4. Next, 160ml milk or almond milk is just less than the ingredients we just added. 


5. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and o teaspoon of honey.

6.  Now that all ingredients are added, we only need to stir them evenly, seal them with plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator.

7.  Next morning, the oatmeal has completely soaked soft, and the taste is the same as the taste after cooking. Chia seed has also absorbed the liquid. We can add some fruits and some nuts, and dried fruits to increase nutrition and taste.
