Ingredients

Plain flour 360g

Milk 220g

Salt 2g

Sugar 20g

Yeast 3.5g

Olive oil 15g


1. Put the ingredients into the bread machine's bucket, liquid first, then powder, and put the yeast last.


2. Turn on the bread machine, select the kneading program, knead the pizza ingredients into a smooth dough, take the kneaded dough out of the bread machine, and round it.


3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to ferment at room temperature for about one hour. 


4. After the dough is fermented. The dough is vented and kneaded smoothly, then divided into three equal parts and placed in a circle for about 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap at any time during the operation to prevent surface moisture loss.

5. Take one of the dough pieces and roll them into a 30cm-sized dough cake. During the rolling process, sprinkle a little dry flour to make hand powder to prevent sticking.


6. Spread the rolled dough on the pizza tray.

7.  Poke some small holes on the surface of the crust with a fork.

8. Put the pizza dough in the preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. After the baked dough colls down, you can directly add ingredients to make pizza or put it in the refrigerator. 

9. Take the pre-baked pizza crust out of the oven and let it cool.
