Ingredients

Nine Egg Tart Wrappers

Two eggs

Milk 160g

White sugar 8g

Condensed milk 10g


1. Egg white separation


2. Put some white sugar and beat up

3. Pour in milk and condensed milk and mix well.

4. Pour the cream into the wrapper.

5. Put it in the Oven at 220°C for 25 minutes.
