Ingredients

Fish 500g

Two eggs

Salt

Ginger

Cooking oil

Flour


1. Clean the fish and cut it into pieces, add some salt and stir well.


2. Add ginger and stir well with egg white.

3.  Add starch and stir well and marinate for about half an hour.

4. Put enough oil in the pot, heat the oil up, put in the fish, fry for a while and turn over.

5. Be careful to flip it back.

6. Fry until golden on both sides, drain the oil. If you like spicy food, sprinkle some chili powder or pepper while it is hot.
