                              How to make tomato soup at home

Ingredients:

Three tomatoes

1/4 cabbage

One pack mushroom

1/2 onion

1/2 carrot

one basil leaves

Two tablespoons of tomato paste

Water or stock 750nl

Sea salt


1. Dice the onion, carrot, and mushroom, cut the tomato into large pieces.


2. Put one tablespoon of olive oil in the pot over low heat, and fry the onions and carrots.


3. Then add the tomatoes.

4. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are slightly out of the water, add tomato paste and stir fry.

5.  Add the white wine, and burn off the alcohol over high heat.


6. Put the mushroom, cabbage, and basil leaves in the pot, and add the stock or water.

7. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

8.  Season with sea salt, pepper, and a little sugar, and turn off the heat.
